Commissioned by VisitEngland, Jennifer Jensen was the lead author, supported by Helen Crompton, on this exciting project to support LVEPs in England in developing strategies and activities to attract business events to their destinations. This comprehensive guide included information on how to assess destination readiness for hosting business events; setting up and accelerating ambassador programmes; sales and marketing planning; sustainability and legacy; technology and AI; operational considerations to set up a Convention Bureau function.
